When dealing with Bullhead City real estate , the typical Nuclear Family is turning out to be a thing of the past. Over the previous 70 years, the amount of non-family households has gone up little by little. Instead of buying houses in the suburbs, singles, single parents, young professional couples, baby boomers, and empty nesters are now living in high-rise condo buildings.

Different occupants are leaning towards high-rises for several reasons. First-time homebuyers look for affordability, empty nesters want a lifestyle makeover, and a lot of younger individuals need entertainment and culture. All over the U.S., this trend is hitting downtown communities.

Tree houses are not only for the kids anymore. Think about building in the woods, literally, instead of purchasing a typical Bullhead City home . In selected areas, tree houses, complete with running water, electricity, and plumbing, are the latest rage. An one-of-a-kind, private lifestyle is made possible in homes built amidst the branches of pine, spruce, and birtch tress.

A few homes come outfitted with swings, bridges, slides, or even a zip line, to really tap into the inner child. These home might not be for everyone, although, so many have been waiting their whole lives for the opportunity to live in a tree house.
