Some communities are turning to the past for urban design. Cities of the past were designed with a roads system, public and private buildings, a theater, and an amphitheater, in a rectangular group.

Several design elements are enduring and should not be forgotten. This needs to be remembered by developers and anybody involved in Bullhead City real estate . Environmental factors are the top concerns for newer developments. Much like the ancient developments, new developers are working around trees, drainage corridors, and mountain ranges, instead of demolishing them.

Objectives are set up so that eighty-percent of development has to be within five minutes of 80 percent of all activities for easy "walkability." Perhaps the most significant link to ancient civilization is the fact that new growth relies a lot less on the house and more on the community.
