Older Bullhead City homes will be impacted by new remodel guidelines generated by the Environmental Protection Agency. When modifying homes built before 1978, the EPA asks for lead training, certification, and safe work practice specifications for builders involved in these projects. Their objective is to eliminate the public health uneasiness of lead poisoning by the year 2010.

Lead was used in paint for so many years and is a particularly toxic metal. Children under the age of six are more likely to be affected because their nervous systems have not totally developed. A slew of health problems can happen to anyone. If you have any questions with regards to lead in your home, contact Bullhead City real estate .

Bullhead City real estate could make the switch from giant McMansions to teeny, tiny homes. Representatives from the Small House Society are looking to change the way people live, literally. Info regarding construction methods and about the professionals who design and build straightforward structures ranging from 50 to 1,000 square feet, is offered by the Small House Society.

Tenants of these small houses hope to live simply and conscientiously by using less energy. Small houses cost less to buy and are easier to care for than a larger home. Individuals who live in a small space typically find the simple life to be "quite relaxing," but small living is not for everybody.
