Older Bullhead City homes might be affected by new remodel regulations generated by the Environmental Protection Agency. For builders involved in remodels on homes built prior to 1978, the EPA requires lead training, certification, and safe work practice accountability. By the year 2010, they want to to get rid of the public health concern of lead poisoning.

Lead was used for several years in paint and is an extremely harmful metal. Children under the age of six are more likely to be affected since their nervous systems have not totally developed. A variety of health problems can affect anybody. Contact Bullhead City real estate with any concerns with regards to lead in your home.
