According to Reuters, Bullhead City home mortgage applications rose 2 percent in mid-September. Applications are at their highest level since last April. There are a few factors that triggered this rise.

The first is a drop in interest rates by the Federal Reserve. Homeowners are encouraged to refinance with lower interest rates. A surplus of homes on the market is the second component. A surplus of homes will drive prices down.
